My Sunday Reset Routine (That Keeps Me Sane)

My Sunday reset isn’t about becoming a new person by Monday.
It’s about making Monday easier on future me.
Here’s what my reset looks like lately:
- A quick space reset (30 minutes max)
Kitchen counters, a load of laundry, and trash out. Not a deep clean—just a reset. - A “brain dump” list
Everything swirling in my head goes onto paper: errands, content ideas, admin tasks, random reminders. - Top 3 priorities for the week
Not 30. Three. If I handle these, I’m moving forward. - Calendar check + buffer time
I block time for the things I keep saying I “don’t have time for”—and I leave breathing room. - Self-care that actually restores
A long shower, skincare, tea, and a no-pressure wind down. The goal is calm.
Soft life doesn’t mean life is easy. It means I stop making it more complicated than it needs to be.
If you need a reset, start small. Start with one drawer. One list. One decision.
What’s one thing you do that makes your week feel smoother?
